Customs and duty
Russia applies the EAEU common external tariff plus VAT 20%. EAC conformity certificate is mandatory before customs release. Most charcoal clears at Novorossiysk for European Russia or Vladivostok for the Far East.
EAEU member — EAC certificate (TR CU 005/2011 for packaging, TR CU 022/2011 for labelling). Certificate of Origin. Russian-language labels mandatory.
Route and transit
Sea Semarang/Surabaya → Vladivostok (~12–15 days) for the Far East or → Novorossiysk (~30–35 days) for European Russia.
Ports of entry: Novorossiysk (Black Sea), Vladivostok (Far East), St Petersburg (Baltic, sanctions-dependent)
