Payment terms
- Payments are accepted exclusively by telegraphic transfer (bank wire).
- A 50% advance payment is required upon signing the sales contract or sending the purchase order.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than five days before the container loading and stuffing schedule.

- The price list is per tonne, so the size mainly changes how many cubes you get per kilogram: 96 pieces for 22 mm, 72 for 25 mm, 64 for 26 mm and 54 for 27 mm. State the size in your request and we confirm the price in the quote; sizes from 20 to 30 mm run on the same line.
- Do you make hexagonal or finger-stick charcoal?
- Yes. Besides cubes we press hexagonal briquettes with a centre hole (20–26 mm across the flats) and cylindrical finger sticks cut to the length you specify, and shapes to the buyer's drawing on request. The base grade is the same premium coconut charcoal (ash 1.8–2.0%), the price is per tonne on the same list, and the piece count per kilogram is confirmed in the quote for each shape.
- How long is the 2026 price valid?
- The 2026 price list of USD 2,000 per tonne is valid until 1 January 2027 and was last reviewed in September 2026. The final price is fixed in the proforma invoice for each container.
- Can you quote CIF or DAP instead of FOB?
- Yes. We add current sea freight to the FOB price and, for DAP, inland delivery to your warehouse. Freight rates change monthly, so the landed-cost calculator gives a guide figure and the final amount is confirmed in the quote.
- Does the price include the laboratory certificate (COA)?
- Yes. Every batch is tested by the independent laboratory Beckjorindo or Carsurin, and the Certificate of Analysis showing ash, moisture, fixed carbon, burn time and drop test ships with the container at no extra charge. Third-party inspector tests such as the Self-Heating Test (SHT) or a Vanning Weather Test are charged separately.
- When does production start and how long does it take?

- Which HS code is used for coconut charcoal?
- IZZY COCO declares coconut shell charcoal under HS 4402.90 (other wood charcoal, agglomerated).
