How it works
A private-label order runs in a fixed sequence: sample approval first, then packaging artwork, then production — 10 days for a 20-ft container, 14 days for a 40-ft — plus 2–3 weeks when inner and master boxes are custom-printed. Each step below has a duration, so you can plan your launch around a real loading date.
1. Lock the specification
Choose cube size — 22, 25, 26 or 27 mm are the common wholesale sizes — shape and burn characteristics, or send us your target spec and we build the line around it. We produce one quality, Premium (1.8–2.0% ash, 120-minute burn), and send a free sample of up to 5 kg so you can test it before committing; you pay only the courier.
2. Design the packaging
Your brand goes on the master box (10–20 kg) and on full-colour laminated inner boxes of 250 g to 2 kg. Send print-ready artwork or a logo and we adapt our dielines. Custom printing adds 2–3 weeks to the schedule and about USD 200 per tonne; bulk packing without inner boxes is about USD 100 per tonne cheaper.
3. We produce
Production takes 10 days for a 20-ft container (about 19 tonnes) and 14 days for a 40-ft, counted from the 50% advance; packing adds 3–6 days. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory — Beckjorindo or Carsurin — for ash (1.8–2.0%), fixed carbon, moisture and drop test, and you receive the Certificate of Analysis with the shipping documents.
4. Factory-direct delivery
We ship FOB Jakarta with the full export set — bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin on request. The remaining 50% is due no later than five days before loading. Sea transit is roughly 14–40 days depending on destination; within Europe we can also deliver pallets for a market test.

Margin stays yours
You buy from the factory at the factory price, with no distributor, agent or trading-house markup between you and the kiln. Our 2026 price list is public on the pricing page, so you can calculate your landed cost and shelf margin before you commit to a first container. What you save on the buying side is margin you keep.
Consistency, container after container
Your customers reorder because cube seven burns like cube one. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 at our own factory in Tangerang, and every batch is tested by an independent laboratory (Beckjorindo or Carsurin) before it ships: ash 1.8–2.0%, fixed carbon about 80%, moisture about 5%, drop test 0/10. The COA travels with each container.
Full brand control
You decide what the product is, not just what the box says: cube size (22, 25, 26 or 27 mm), shape — cube, hexagonal or finger stick — inner box weight from 250 g to 2 kg, master box from 10 to 20 kg, and print finish from black-and-white to full-colour laminate. Your artwork, your barcode, your brand name on every unit.
Low barrier to start
The minimum order is one 20-ft container, about 19 tonnes, paid 50% on contract and 50% no later than five days before loading. Within Europe you can start smaller with pallets to test a market before committing to a container. Free samples of up to 5 kg come first; you pay only the courier from Indonesia.

IZZY COCO coconut charcoal is made at the company's own ISO 9001:2015 factory in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, about 40 km from the port of Jakarta, with a capacity of about 300 tonnes per month across two production units. Coconut shells are carbonised in kilns, the char is ground to powder, bound with a small amount of natural tapioca starch (no petroleum accelerants), pressed and cut into cubes — the 25×25×25 mm cube is the most common wholesale size — then dried in tunnels until moisture is about 5% before packing. Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory (Beckjorindo or Carsurin) and ships with a Certificate of Analysis: ash 1.8–2.0%, fixed carbon about 80%, volatile matter about 15%, ignition about 9 minutes, drop test 0/10. Cubes are packed in 1 kg inner boxes inside 10–20 kg master boxes; a 20-ft container holds about 19 tonnes and takes 10 days to produce.
