Two ways to buy

Wholesale buyers work with us in one of two ways. Distributors stock the IZZY COCO specification — master box or rebranded bulk — and start fastest. Brand owners order the same Premium cubes under their own name with printed packaging (private label / OEM). Both routes ship from one 20-ft container (about 19 tonnes) FOB Jakarta, or on pallets within Europe for a first order.

Production & delivery

Capacity	~300 tonnes per month across two production units at our factory in Tangerang, Banten.
Shapes and sizes	Cubes 22, 25, 26 and 27 mm (96 / 72 / 64 / 54 pieces per kg); hexagonal briquettes with a centre hole and finger sticks cut to your length, made to spec on the same line.
MOQ	1 × 20-ft container (~19 tonnes). 40-ft ≈ 26 tonnes.
Lead time	10 days for 20-ft, 14 days for 40-ft. +2–3 weeks for branded printing.
Incoterms	FOB Jakarta — $2,000 per tonne. CIF/DAP available. Prices valid until 1 January 2027.

What is the minimum order for wholesale hookah charcoal?

One 20-ft container — about 19 tonnes, FOB Jakarta. A 40-ft container takes about 26 tonnes (weight-limited). For first orders within Europe we can ship on pallets.

What ash content do your cubes have?

We produce a single quality — Premium — at 1.8–2.0% ash: white ash, top of the market. Fixed carbon ~80%, moisture about 5%, volatile matter ~15%.

Can you produce private-label / OEM hookah charcoal?

Yes. We make the product to your spec and print your brand on the inner box. MOQ is one 20-ft container; add 2–3 weeks for printed packaging. See our OEM page.

How long is delivery from Indonesia?
