We are a leading manufacturer of premium coconut shell charcoal briquettes for shisha and hookah, with factories in Indonesia and Vietnam.
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified production ensures high quality and meets international standards. All payments run through our official corporate bank account for fully secure transactions.
With two production units we manufacture up to 25 tons of hookah charcoal daily — low ash (1.8–2%) and high output. Our main factory is located in Semarang, Java, Indonesia.

How do I place an order?
First, choose the charcoal specification that fits your needs. Our Premium and Platinum grades differ in ash content, moisture, volatile matter and drop test — and we can also produce to your exact requirements. Then contact us on WhatsApp or email ab@izzycompany.com. We confirm production dates and availability and issue your invoice.
How can I be sure my goods will be produced after I pay the deposit?
You are welcome to visit our factory to inspect the production process and confirm the product before paying the advance. Alternatively, you can request samples to verify product quality after production.
Can I request samples?
Yes, we provide free samples. You only cover the shipping cost from Indonesia to your country.
Which port do you ship from?
Our shipments depart from the ports of Semarang or Surabaya.
What are your payment terms?
Payments are made by bank transfer: a 50% advance to start production after signing the sales contract, and the remaining 50% before the container is loaded or the goods are released.
Do you offer private label (OEM) or custom packaging?
Yes. You can specify size, shape and quality to match your brand standards, and use your own branded packaging. Contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.
What is your daily production capacity?
Around 25 tons per day, supported by three factories. We continuously expand capacity with new machines and kilns. Capacity may vary depending on the volume of orders currently in production.
Do coconut charcoal briquettes have a shelf life?
Technically, coconut charcoal briquettes do not expire when stored correctly. For optimal performance, however, we recommend using them within 1–2 years.
