Cube
The 25 mm cube is the standard wholesale size for shisha lounges and retail packs: it fits heat-management devices, lights in about 9 minutes and burns for 120 minutes with 1.8–2.0% ash. We also press 22 and 26 mm cubes — 22 mm for smaller bowls, 26 mm for lounges that want fewer changes per session.

Hexagonal
The hexagonal briquette is a six-sided piece with a hole through the centre. The hole lets air pass through the coal, so it lights evenly on a burner and holds a steady temperature on the bowl. It is the usual choice for brands that want a distinctive shape on the shelf without changing the coconut-shell recipe.

Finger stick
Finger sticks are cylindrical coconut charcoal pieces pressed to a customer-specified length. Each stick burns longer than a single cube because of its mass, which makes them popular for barbecue, restaurant grills and hookah setups that run several bowls. Diameter and length are set per order; the material is the same 100% coconut shell.

We are a leading manufacturer of premium coconut shell charcoal briquettes for shisha and hookah, with our own ISO 9001:2015 factory in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia — about 40 km from the port of Jakarta.
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified production ensures high quality and meets international standards. All payments run through our official corporate bank account for fully secure transactions.
With two production units we manufacture up to 300 tons of hookah charcoal a month — low ash (1.8–2%), moisture about 5% and high output. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it ships.

How do I place an order?
First, choose the charcoal specification that fits your needs. We produce one quality — Premium, with 1.8–2.0% ash content and about 5% moisture — and we can also produce to your exact requirements. Then contact us on WhatsApp or email ab@izzycompany.com. We confirm production dates and availability and issue your invoice.
How can I be sure my goods will be produced after I pay the deposit?
You are welcome to visit our factory to inspect the production process and confirm the product before paying the advance. Alternatively, you can request samples to verify product quality after production.
Can I request samples?
Yes, we provide free samples. You only cover the shipping cost from Indonesia to your country.
Which port do you ship from?
Our shipments depart from the port of Jakarta.
What are your payment terms?
Payments are made by bank transfer: a 50% advance to start production after signing the sales contract, and the remaining 50% before the container is loaded or the goods are released.
Do you offer private label (OEM) or custom packaging?
Yes. You can specify size, shape and quality to match your brand standards, and use your own branded packaging. Contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Around 300 tons per month across two production units at our factory in Tangerang, Banten. We continuously expand capacity with new machines and kilns. Capacity may vary depending on the volume of orders currently in production.
Do coconut charcoal briquettes have a shelf life?
Technically, coconut charcoal briquettes do not expire when stored correctly. For optimal performance, however, we recommend using them within 1–2 years.
