Yes, we provide free samples. However, you will need to cover the shipping cost from Indonesia to your country.

Our shipments are dispatched from the ports of Semarang or Surabaya.

Payments are made via bank transfer:

A 50% advance payment is required after signing the sales contract to initiate production.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled before container stuffing or shipment pickup.

Our daily production capacity is approximately 25 tons, supported by three factories. We are continuously expanding our production capabilities by adding new machines and ovens. Please note that our capacity may vary depending on the number of orders we are currently processing.

Technically, coconut charcoal briquettes do not expire if stored properly. However, for optimal performance, we recommend using them within 1–2 years.
