The credentials and documents we hold for every container — quality system, conformity certificates, independent lab tests and origin paperwork.
Quality Management System
Our factory in Semarang operates a documented, audited quality management system per ISO 9001:2015. Every step — from raw coconut shell intake through carbonisation, briquetting, cutting, drying and packing — runs to written work instructions with measurable QC checkpoints.
Why it matters: Lets you trust that batch seven is identical to batch one.
Eurasian Conformity (TR CU)
For EAEU markets (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) we arrange EAC certificates of conformity per TR CU 005/2011 (packaging) and TR CU 022/2011 (labelling) through a partner accredited body. Russian-language labels are produced where required.
Why it matters: Mandatory for customs release in the EAEU — we handle the paperwork.
Independent Certificate of Analysis
Every batch is sampled and tested at independent Indonesian laboratories — most commonly Beckjorindo and Carsurin. The COA reports ash content (1.8–2.0% target), burn time (>2 h), drop test (0/10), moisture (~5%), fixed carbon (~80%) and volatile matter (~15%).
Why it matters: Verified numbers in writing — no "trust me" specs.
Made in Indonesia
Issued by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce on request. Confirms Indonesian origin for customs and any preferential trade regime your destination country participates in.
Why it matters: Often unlocks preferential duty rates or is mandatory in EAEU clearance.
Self-Heating + Vanning Weather Tests
Where the shipping line or route requires it, we arrange SHT (Self-Heating Test) and VWT (Vanning Weather Test) inspections via third-party surveyors before container loading.
Why it matters: Required by some carriers for sea-freight safety on bulk charcoal — we coordinate the inspection.
No SVHC
Natural coconut shell charcoal contains no Substances of Very High Concern on the REACH candidate list. We supply a compliance statement on request for EU buyers.
Why it matters: Clears EU import compliance reviews without further chemical reports.
