Terms & conditions
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
Hookah/shisha charcoal: 19 tons (1 × 20-ft container, full container load — FCL).
Payment terms
- Payments are accepted exclusively by telegraphic transfer (bank wire).
- A 50% advance payment is required upon signing the sales contract or sending the purchase order.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than five days before the container loading and stuffing schedule.
Additional notes
- Prices are quoted on FOB (Free On Board) Incoterms.
- The quoted price includes export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
- Prices exclude certifications such as Self-Heating Test (SHT) and Vanning Weather Test (VWT), which may be carried out by third-party inspectors.
Production lead times
- Charcoal production: 10 days for a 20-ft container, 14 days for a 40-ft container.
- Printing on inner box / master box: 2–3 weeks.
- Packaging: 3–6 days.

- What is the minimum order for wholesale coconut charcoal?
- One 20-ft container, about 19 tonnes, FOB Semarang/Surabaya. Pallet quantities are possible within Europe for a first order.
- How much does coconut charcoal cost wholesale?
- Premium grade starts at $1,700 per tonne and Platinum at $2,000 per tonne (EXW, priced in 1 kg inner boxes). Sea freight, import duty and VAT are added on top and vary by destination.
- How much does packaging add to the price?
- Bulk packing is about −$100/t, a 1 kg inner box is included by default, and full-colour custom-printed packaging adds about +$200/t.
- Do you offer free samples?
- Yes, up to 5 kg. You only cover the courier cost from Indonesia.
- What are the payment terms?
- 50% on contract and 50% before loading, by bank transfer.
- Which Incoterms and ports do you use?
- FOB Semarang or Surabaya by default; EXW, CIF and DAP are also available.
