How it works
1. Lock the specification
Choose grade, cube size and burn characteristics — or send us your target spec and we build the line around it.
2. Design the packaging
Master box (10–20 kg) and full-colour laminated inner boxes (250 g–2 kg), printed with your brand. Bulk also available.
3. We produce
10 days for a 20-ft container; printing adds 2–3 weeks. Every batch is lab-tested for consistent 1.8–2% ash.
4. Factory-direct delivery
FOB Semarang/Surabaya with full export documents — bill of lading, invoice, packing list. Pallets within Europe.

- What is the MOQ for private-label coconut charcoal?
- One 20-ft container — about 19 tonnes, FOB Semarang/Surabaya. A 40-ft container roughly doubles it.
- How long does an OEM order take?
- Sample approval first, then 10 days production for a 20-ft container (14 for 40-ft), plus 2–3 weeks if you need printed branded packaging.
- What packaging can you print?
- Full-colour inner boxes (250 g–2 kg) and master boxes (10–20 kg) with your brand, or neutral/bulk if you repack locally.
- Do you provide certificates for my brand?
- Yes — independent lab COA per batch, ISO 9001, Certificate of Origin on request, and EAC certification for EAEU markets.
- What is the difference between private label and distribution?
- Private label (OEM) puts your brand on the box, MOQ one 20-ft container. Distribution means reselling our IZZY COCO spec — lower setup, faster start.
