Minimum order: 18 tons or one 20-foot container.
FOB pricing is based on the ports of Semarang or Surabaya, Indonesia.

Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Shisha/Hookah Charcoal: 19 tons (1 x 20-foot container, Full Container Load – FCL).
Payment Terms:
Payments are accepted exclusively via Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer).
A 50% advance payment is required upon signing the sales contract or submitting the purchase order.
The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least five days prior to the container loading and stuffing schedule.
Additional Notes:
Prices are quoted based on FOB (Free On Board) Incoterms.
The quoted price includes export documentation, such as the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.
Production Lead Time
The lead time for production varies based on order volume, packaging, and design requirements:
Charcoal production time:
10 days for a 20-foot container
14 days for a 40-foot container
Inner box/master box printing: 2–3 weeks
Packing: 3–6 days
Once the shipment is dispatched, we provide all necessary shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
Free Sample Policy
We offer free samples of up to 5 kg. Customers are responsible for shipping costs from Indonesia to their destination, using services like DHL or UPS.
